Pulled Oumph! Burger

Ingredients:

280 g Pulled Oumph!
4 burger buns
1 bag of ready mixed salad leaves
1 large red onion

 

Dressing:
1 dl plant based crème fraiche
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 heaped tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 pickled gherkin
½ carrot
1 lemon (for juice)
1 tsp ground curry powder
2 tbsp roasted onion
Salt, to taste

Instructions:

Defrost the Oumph! Chop the carrot and pickled gherkin into small cubes and mix it with all the dressing ingredients in large bowl. Fry the Pulled Oumph! in a frying pan on a low heat. (Too much heat leads to caramel sauce!) Season with salt and curry powder. Slice the onions and toast the burger buns. Place the Oumph! and dressing in between the buns and your Pulled Oumph! Burger is done! Don’t hold back, just go for it!
