Pasta Carbonara Oumph! Style

Ingredients:

280 g Oumph! Salty & Smoky
Margarine for frying
Pasta for 2 people
1 garlic clove
2 dl plant-based cream
1 tbsp. vegetable bouillon powder (alt half a bouillon cube)
1 tbsp. light soy
40 g finely ground vegetable cheese
Salt and black pepper
Baby spinach and diced tomatoes

Instructions:

Boil the pasta. In the meantime, fry the Oumph! until it gets an awesome brown surface. Add finely chopped garlic at the end. Add the cream and vegetable broth. Boil. Add the pasta and grated cheese. End off with soy, spinach and tomatoes. Awesome!
