Ingredients:

½ bag Oumph! The Chunk
2 dl crème fraiche from soy or oats
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. chopped red onions
2 tbsp. dill
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Black pepper
Salt

Brine:
0.5 l water
1 brim-full tbsp. of salt
½ tbsp. sugar

Instructions:

Cut the Oumph! into as small pieces as you like. Boil water and dissolve the salt and sugar. Add Oumph! and leave it for at least 30 minutes. Strain and let it cool. Peel the horseradish and lemon, and chop the onion and dill. Squeeze the lemon. Mix everything in the crème fraiche. When you’ve added the Oumph!, season with salt and black pepper. Don’t be afraid to add more of what you like the most! Fry small bread slices in the oil and sprinkle with the mix and whatever you think looks good!
