Oumph! Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

280 g Bibim Oumph!
6-8 romaine leaves
Approx. 1 dl shredded radish
1 ml salt
1 tsp. lime juice
Plant-based-mayo, e.g. Sriracha mayonnaise – or make your own
Sprouts
Sesame seeds
Coriander
For a more filling option: boiled rice

Instructions:

Fry the Bibim Oumph! in some oil until the sauce has boiled in and the surface has caramelised. Mix the shredded radish with salt and lime and leave for 5 minutes.
Add Oumph! and any boiled rice on the blades, sprinkle with radish and your favourite additional ingredients – eat like a wrap!
