Oumph! Risotto

Ingredients:

100 g Oumph! Kebab
2 grilled red peppers (make your own or buy ready)
1 yellow onion
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 peppers
2 dl avorio rice
1 dl white wine
5 dl water
1 ½ cube vegetable broth
4-6 green asparaguses
1 dl plant-based cream
1 dl grated plant-based cheese
1-2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley and chives

Instructions:

Boil 6 dl of water and dissolve the bouillon in it. Chop the yellow onion and two grilled peppers. Fry them together with the avorio rice in cooking oil for a couple of minutes. Then pour in the white wine and about 1 dl of bouillon. Lower the heat. Occasionally stir the rice and add hot bouillon as it boils into the rice. Stir occasionally throughout the cooking. When the rice is creamy and a little al dente, add the cream and let it boil. Remove from the plate and stir in the cheese as well as the herbs. Season with salt and black pepper. Fry the Oumph! in a pan with the asparagus until they get coloured.
