6 strips of Oumph! The Stripe


Spiced marinade:

1 tbsp. water

1 tsp. red curry pasta

1 tsp. wasabi powder

1 tsp. agave syrup

A few pinches of sesame seeds


The soup:

4 dl water



2 tsp. white miso pasta

1 tbsp. Japanese soy sauce

½ cube vegetable bouillon

2 ml freshly squeezed ginger

1 whole nori leaf

Grated peel from half a lemon

1 dl seaweed noodles

Fresh coriander


Defrost Oumph! and shred into thinner slices.

Spiced marinade: Mix water with red curry pasta, wasabi powder, syrup and some fresh sesame seeds. Put aside. Cut the nori leaf into 6 small leaves. Put them on a lightly oiled tray, turn the blades around so they get oil on both sides. Salt lightly and put in the oven at 150° C for about 5-10 minutes. They should be crispy when done.

Soup: Boil water, miso, soy, bouillon, ginger and lemon peel.


Fry Oumph! in oil until it gets a nice colour, add the spiced marinade and let it boil in. Add the noodles to the soup. Sprinkle with Oumph!, fresh coriander and some sesame seeds. The Miso of Your Life!
