Oumph! Korean BBQ Quesadilla

8 small quesadillas

Ingredients:

8 small quesadillas
280 g Bibim Oumph!
8 small tortillas
1.5 dl kimchi
Plant-based margarine
Approx. 1 tbsp. peanut butter per quesadilla
40 g ground vegetable cheese (preferably pizza cheese)

Instructions:

Defrost the Oumph! Heat a frying pan with approx. 2 tbsp. margarine until the fat is liquid – add kimchi and fry until the cabbage begins to brown. Pour into a bowl. Clean the pan.

Spread 1 tbsp. peanut butter on the 4 tortillas and add Bibim Oumph! as well as kimchin evenly. Sprinkle with grated cheese and add another tortilla. Fry on both sides in margarine until they get a nice colour – you can put them in a 100° C oven until all quesadillas are fried.

Serve with something nice!
