Popular first course, main course for 4 people.


1 bag Oumph! Grill – the big pieces
½ yellow onion
2 dl crushed tomatoes
½ red peppers
2 tomatoes
½ lemon
½-1 garlic clove
2 carrots
About 6 cm of cucumber
1 red chilli fruit (for more heat, include the seeds)
1 dl olive oil
Possibly a pinch of sugar


Take a bowl and add the crushed and chopped tomatoes. Add chopped onion, peppers, carrots and the roughly chopped cucumber. Peel the lemon and add together with crushed garlic, chopped chilli and lemon juice. Salt according to your liking, then add the olive oil and mix with mixer to a soup. Add some more lemon juice and salt. Put in the fridge for a short while and serve as soon as it gets cold. Take the biggest pieces of the Oumph! Grill and put on a brochette, brush with oil and then grill it. Serve the soup in nice glasses with the brochettes placed across.
