Oumph! Fennel Salad

Ingredients:

1 bag Oumph! Thyme & Garlic
1 piece of finely chopped fennel
A handful of black-eyed olives
2 tbsp. capers
At least 1 tsp. of chopped chilli (include the kernels if you want to make it really hot)
½ pot of chopped red basil
1 tsp. of fresh chopped rosemary

Dressing:
½ dl freshly squeezed lemon
1 dl olive oil
Salt

Instructions:

Begin with the dressing. Squeeze the lemon and mix with oil. Add salt. Add the finely sliced fennel, olives, chopped chilli, capers, basil and rosemary. Stir. Fry Oumph! Thyme & Garlic at a fairly high temperature. It should get a nice brown surface. Mix with the salad and add spices according to taste. Serve the food in an unexpected and surprising way. Boom!
