Oumph! Endive

Ingredients:

1 dl Oumph! The Chunk
1 dl unsalted cashew nuts
1 tbsp. raw sugar
1 dl plant-based cream
1 tbsp. sliced lettuce or chives
Endive leaves

Dressing
2 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. agave syrup

Instructions:

Defrost the Oumph! Roast the chopped cashew nuts hard in a frying pan without oil. Pour the hot nuts into a bowl. Add salt, sugar and stir. Cut the Oumph! into smaller pieces and fry in oil for a few minutes until the pieces get firmly coloured. Then add half of the dressing and let it boil so it becomes sticky. Add 1 dl of cream and let it boil. Remove from the plate. Throw in the sliced onion and turn around. Fill some endive leaves with the Oumph! mixture and spice up with cashew nuts and curled dressing.
