Oumph! Bruschetta

Ingredients:

Bread
½ jar of mixed, cooked beans
1 tbsp. tomato paste
½ garlic clove
1 tbsp. plant-based crème fraiche
½ dl vegetable-based cheese
100 g Oumph! Thyme & Garlic chopped into smaller pieces
½ tomato cherry seed
2 tbsp. chopped yellow peppers
A sprig of fresh rosemary
Basil
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

Mash the drained and rinsed beans roughly, mix with tomato puree, grated cheese, mashed garlic, crème fraiche, salt and pepper. Spread the bean mix on the kind of bread you like and gratinate at 225° C until everything gets a nice colour. Seed the tomato and peppers and cut into cubes. Fry the Oumph! in oil until it gets a nice brown surface. Remove from the plate add the tomatoes, peppers and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the gratinated bread with the Oumph! mixture and style with some basil. Enjoy!
