100 g Oumph! Thyme & Garlic chopped into smaller pieces

Sliced baguette, or any bread you fancy
½ tin of mixed, cooked beans including canellini beans
1 tbsp tomato paste
½ garlic clove
1 tbsp plant-based crème fraiche
½ dl plant-based cheese
A couple of handfuls of cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped yellow bell peppers

Cooking oil
A sprig of fresh rosemary
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste


Defrost the Oumph! Thyme & Garlic. Drain and rinse the beans and smash in to a rough mash. Mix in the tomato puree, grated cheese, mashed garlic, crème fraiche, salt and pepper. Spread the bean mix on the bread and cookin in a preheated oven 225° C (gas mark 7) until the top is crisp (but not burned!) Seed the tomatos and peppers and cut into cubes. Fry the Oumph! Thyme & Garlic in cooking oil until browned. Remove from the pan and add tomatoes, peppers and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the Oumph! mix on the breads. Garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
