Water, 23 % SOY protein (from SOY BEANS), salt.

Preparation:

  1. Open the bag and pour as much as you need. Oumph! tastes best if you defrost it first.
  2. Fry Oumph! in a little bit of oil for 4-5 min. It needs less time if it’s defrosted. Make sure it’s well browned!
  3. Add whatever tickles your fancy! We like Oumph! with fresh vegetables, spices and sauces. Serve together with something healthy, or not so healthy, depending on your mood. Anything from fries to wholegrain bulgur wheat.
  4. If you want to make the perfect stew, add fried Oumph! as the last ingredient (just make sure it’s heated through).
